Title to the goods transfers from do+dare to you, the customer, at the time the goods are transferred to the carrier.

Our services permit customers to discover and purchase ethically made, comfortable, high-quality underwear. Customers can purchase their underwear bare, select from a variety of premade designs, or work with us to create their own original design.

Prices

Sales & Payment

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send a copy of your order confirmation to hello@doanddare.co. Place “Cancellation Request” in the subject line for the quickest response.

We take pride in fulfilling orders rapidly. Please understand that this leaves a small window to process a cancellation request. In the event we’ve already initiated the fulfillment of your order, we will be unable to cancel the order and refund payment. We will notify you as soon as we can.

 

Mobile Messaging Policy

We operate a mobile message service to deliver timely and pertinent information to our customers. By consenting to do+dare's SMS / text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of do_dare, through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a Do Not Call list.

Your participation in this program is completely voluntary and is not required in order to make a purchase. We do not charge for the service. You are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS / text messaging as imposed by your wireless provider. Please check with them for full details and understand the potential impacts before signing up for our service.

You may opt-out of the service at any time. Simply text us "STOP" to cancel to receive a final opt-out confirmation text message. You may need to do this for each do+dare messaging service you are subscribed to.

We reserve the right to change the telephone number or short code associated with the service at any time. You understand that do+dare, nor any carrier can be liable for delayed, undelivered or unreceived messages as may be caused by many factors. This applies to all communications including "STOP" requests.

If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up again for the service with your new number.

do+dare does not make any warranty that the site, its content or any products ordered through the site, including fabrics, will meet your requirements, or that the site or service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations, or that defects, if any, will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances including, without limitation, its own negligence, shall do+dare or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the site or any products ordered through the site. In the event that you object to any of these terms or are dissatisfied with your use of the site, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the site and in the event that any products obtained through the site are defective, your remedy and do+dare’s sole obligation shall be return of the defective products and, upon determination by do+dare of such defects, refund of any amounts paid by you to do+dare for such defective products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the site or services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
