Our Comfort Promise

We're confident you'll love your do+dare undies, and your first pair comes with our Comfort Promise—no returns required. If you don’t absolutely love them, reach out within 30 days, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds, Exchanges + Returns

We go to great lengths to make underwear you’ll want to live in, but we know fit and comfort are personal. That’s why we offer returns and exchanges—no problem.

To keep things hygienic and respectful for all, we can only accept unworn, unwashed underwear in original condition for exchange or return. (Trying on over your own undies is totally fine!)

We’ll also refund or replace any item with a material flaw, a printing issue below our quality standard, or if the product is significantly different from what you ordered.

Because our underwear is designed for close personal use, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
