Subscriptions

Subscriptions keep your underwear drawer effortlessly refreshed with regular deliveries. Your payment details are securely stored, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery.

You can easily manage, update, or cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation emails, or via your account.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordering secures your favorite out-of-stock or upcoming styles before they officially hit our shelves. Depending on the item, you might pay fully or partially upfront, or we may simply store your payment details to charge later when the product is ready.

You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund or cancellation of the upcoming charge. Once a pre-order is fulfilled, standard return policies apply.
