Our undies are primarily made of a 95% bamboo and 5% spandex fabric. Bamboo is a soft, eco-friendly material that is moisture wicking, has natural antibacterial properties and is resistant to UV rays.

Our waistband is a specialty blend of polyester and spandex to give a super soft feel while being gently supportive. Our tags are natural cotton canvas.

All of our inks are Eco Passport by Oeko-Tex certified and CPSIA compliant which means that they meet the criteria for ecologically responsible manufacturing and that they are safe for all ages, even the little ones.

To keep our undies as eco-friendly as possible, we work with local manufacturers in Toronto, Canada whenever we can. All our partners have locations within 75 kilometers (45 miles) of our studio.

Specifically, our underwear are hand sewn in the city of Toronto. Our luxurious waistband is made to our specifications in Hamilton. Our tags are made from natural canvas in Markham. Our four-way stretch bamboo is supplied by one of North America's largest textile importers. And while our bamboo does come from China (bamboo grows in China, after all!), it bears Oeko-Tex 100 certification, which means that not only is it super soft, stretchy, and comfy, but also that it is made ethically and free from harmful chemicals - the best choice for your most sensitive body parts.

Waist measurement: You can find your natural waist by bending to one side and finding the natural indentation in your torso. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the floor, measure around the waistline. Leave a space the width of one finger between your body and the measuring tape to ensure a more comfortable fit.

Hip measurement: Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the floor, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (approximately 7-9" / 18-23 cm below your natural waistline).

Just about! The design possibilities are (almost) endless. You can print on the outside or inside of the back or front of the undies, but your design can't wrap around the sides. We'll help you turn your ideas into reality for that perfect look.

We use a high-quality direct-to-garment printer that prints right on the underwear as if it were a piece of paper. Inkjets pass back and forth over the garment and lay down color to bring your design to life.

We've spent a LOT of time over the past year and a half perfecting our printing process. We are now making the best ink'd undies we have ever made - the ink will go through the wash many many times before it starts to fade or peel.

No matter what the ink does, though, the eco-bamboo fabric will continue to stay soft and stretchy - it doesn't "pill" like cotton, and it takes much longer to degrade as well. Bamboo is strong and soft!

We work with Canada Post, the United-States Postal Service, and UPS.

The shipping price is calculated by the courier and is based on your mailing address.

Because we ship next business day, your undies will likely arrive within a week. However, you can alter this slightly by choosing your preferred method of shipping at checkout, and you'll get estimated arrival times then!

Please be sure to leave extra time around the holidays - we get busy, and the postal services get busy too!

We know you're anxious to get your hands on your purchase, so we always work as quickly as we can. After you place an order, your undie is typically shipped the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, as long as you don't choose Flatpack. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account here.
